Celebrating Hospice Quinte: Another Year of BLS Certification in Belleville

Some of the most meaningful work in our community happens quietly: offering comfort, supporting a family, and being present when someone needs it most.

We recently had the pleasure of supporting Hospice Quinte with their annual Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, often described as CPR for healthcare providers. We’re delighted to congratulate the participants on completing their certification and making time to keep their skills current!

Recognizing the people who care for our community

Hospice Quinte provides compassionate end-of-life care, caregiver support, and bereavement services for people across Belleville and the surrounding Quinte region. Their programs support individuals and families through deeply personal experiences, with services offered at no charge.

As a local, family-owned training company, we’re grateful for opportunities to support the organizations that give so much to our neighbours. This is one of the things we love most about our work: getting to know the people behind these services and supporting their continued learning.

To everyone who joined us from Hospice Quinte: thank you for choosing Push For Life, and for the care you bring to our community.

Making time for preparedness

Annual BLS certification creates an opportunity to revisit practical skills, ask questions, and practise working together.

For healthcare providers, that dedicated learning time is valuable. It offers space to refresh knowledge and build confidence alongside colleagues, away from the demands of the workday.

We’re pleased to support Hospice Quinte’s commitment to maintaining their training. Preparedness takes time and effort, and that commitment deserves recognition.

Local BLS training with a human approach

At Push For Life, we believe professional training can feel welcoming, too. Our approach makes room for questions, hands-on practice, and encouragement, so participants feel supported throughout their learning.

We provide BLS certification in Belleville and Kingston for healthcare providers and students, along with group training options for local teams. Whether you’re joining us individually or organizing training for your workplace, we’re here to help you find the right fit.

Congratulations again to the Hospice Quinte participants on another year of BLS certification. We’re proud to be a small part of your ongoing preparedness—and happy to celebrate the important work you do.
