Cancellation or Rescheduling 7 or More Business Days Before Your Course

 

Participants who cancel or reschedule 7 or more business days before their scheduled in-class training may:

• Receive a refund of the in-class portion of their course fee, less the 4% processing fee; or

• Transfer their registration to another available course date.

 

Cancellation or Rescheduling 3–6 Business Days Before Your Course

 

Participants who cancel or reschedule within 3–6 business days of their scheduled course will be subject to a $45 administrative fee per participant.

• The remaining in-class portion of the course fee will be refunded; or

• The registration may be transferred to another available course date upon payment of the $45 rescheduling fee.

 

Cancellation or Rescheduling Less Than 2 Business Days Before Your Course

 

Participants who cancel, reschedule, fail to attend, arrive too late to participate, or otherwise do not attend their scheduled course with less than 2 business days' notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

• A new registration and full course payment will be required to attend a future course.

 

Rescheduling Requirements

 

Participants who choose to reschedule their course must:

• Select and register for a new course date within 90 days of the original cancellation or rescheduling request.

• Attend the rescheduled course within the available offerings provided by Push For Life.

 

Registrations that are not rescheduled within 90 days will be considered abandoned and all funds forfeited.

To ensure fairness and availability for all participants, registrations may be rescheduled a maximum of three (3) times. After a third rescheduling request, any additional changes will require a new registration and full course payment.

 

Course Cancellations by Push For Life

 

If a course is cancelled by Push For Life due to low enrollment, instructor illness, emergency, or other operational requirements, participants will be offered the opportunity to reschedule.

If rescheduling is not agreeable, a full refund of the in-class portion of the course fee will be issued.

Participants will be notified using the email address provided at registration.

 

Unsuccessful Course Completion & Retake Requirements

 

Participants must meet all certification requirements established by the certifying agency.

A participant may be considered unsuccessful if they:

• Fail to achieve a passing score of 75% or higher on required evaluations;

• Are unable to demonstrate required skills to the required standard;

• Exhibit a lack of participation, including excessive inattentiveness (e.g. sleeping), disruptive behaviour, refusal to participate in required activities, or failure to complete mandatory course components.

Participants who are unsuccessful are not eligible for refunds and may be required to register and pay for additional training before certification can be achieved.
