Do you offer group discounts?

We keep our pricing consistent for everyone. Each participant uses their own training materials and consumable supplies, so our costs are calculated per person rather than per group.

Do you provide onsite training at client locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Onsite training is available provided the location meets minimum requirements, including at least 15' x 15' of clear floor space, appropriate seating and tables for all participants, and a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Additional travel fees apply for courses held more than 100 km from our Belleville office.

Is corporate onsite training limited to weekday daytime hours?

Accepted Answer

No. Training sessions can be arranged for evenings or weekends as needed. We strive to accommodate a variety of schedules beyond standard weekday hours.

Question 4

Can training be split over multiple sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Training can be delivered over multiple sessions as long as it is completed within 30 days. We’re happy to schedule half-day or full-day sessions to suit your needs. Additional fees may apply.
