How It Works
1. Check your certificate to see if it is expired.
If your certification is expired, or if this is your first time completing the course, you will need a full certification. If you have a current full certification, you are eligible to register for re-certification.
2. Register for the correct level of certification
Choose either "full certification" or "re-certification" from the drop down menu and complete the registration process including payment.
*Those who require the full certification must complete some online modules before attending the in-person session on May 5. These modules will be emailed directly from the Red Cross within 24 hours. Online modules can take 3-6 hours to complete. Participants can log in and out as needed.
3. Attend your in-person training - May 5, from 9:00-2:00.
This session focuses on skill practice, scenarios, and guided feedback in a calm, welcoming environment. We keep our classes low-pressure and focused — so you leave feeling capable, prepared, and confident.
4. Receive your certification
Participants will receive their certification by email from Red Cross in the week following our training.

Refund for cancellation 7 business days before your course:
We will happily provide a refund for the in-class portion of a course that was cancelled 7 business days (or greater) prior to the scheduled in-class training.
Refund for cancellation 3 - 6 business days before your course :
If a course is cancelled during this timeframe there will be an administrative charge of $45 per participant and the remaining in-class portion of funds will be returned.
Refund for cancellation less than 2 business days before your course:
Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund with less than 2 business days notice of cancellation.
Course Cancellations by Push For Life:
When it is determined that a course has not reached minimum capacity, or the instructor has become unavailable due to illness or emergency, participants will be given the opportunity to reschedule. If rescheduling is not agreeable the participant will receive a full refund for the in-class portion of their training.
