Our WSIB-approved Intermediate/Standard First Aid course meets all CSA Std. Z1210-17 requirements and blends online learning with in-person, hands-on training — designed to feel clear, practical, and supportive.
How It Works
1. Register for your in-class session.
Your seat in the classroom secures your course start.
2. Complete the online modules (not required for re-certification).
Access is emailed directly from the Red Cross within 24 hours. Online modules can take 3-6 hours to complete. Participants can log in and out as needed.
**All modules must be completed before attending class.
3. Attend your in-person training.
This session focuses on skill practice, real-life scenarios, and guided feedback in a calm, welcoming environment.
We keep our classes low-pressure and focused — so you leave feeling capable, prepared, and confident.
*Re-certification Eligibility:
Participants must hold a valid (not expired) full certification to be eligible for re-certification.
Once a participant has rectified, they must attend a full certification during their next certification cycle. These courses alternate every 3 years - full certification, re-certification, full certification, re-certification, etc
