First Aid & CPR
Our First Aid & CPR courses are designed to train and certify both the public and employees for workplace purposes. We are WSIB approved and deliver a coveted Red Cross certification.
What to Expect
Before the course:
You can register online through our website, via email (contact us), or over the phone. We will need your telephone number and email address to complete your registration. Payment can be made online through PayPal, over the phone by credit card, or in cash at the time of your course.
During the course:
Our approachable instructors will introduce themselves and give you a little background about us and our relationship with the Canadian Red Cross. You will receive teaching through a variety of methods including presentations, scenarios, and hands on practice. At the completion of the presentation, your instructor will administer a knowledge evaluation. Participants must achieve a grade of 75% or higher to successfully achieve certification.
After the course:
You will receive an email from redcross.ca. The email will contain a link to the Red Cross
portal where you can sign in and obtain your digital certificate. Certificates can be downloaded and printed, or emailed.
***Certifications expire 3 years less one day from the completion date of your course, with the exception of the Basic Life Support (HCP) course with has a certification period of 1 year less one day.
